Service Description

Two 60 minute calls throughout a 30 day period. The opportunity to discuss a fitness plan, workout plan, nutrition reset, birth recovery, birth prep, c-section prep, removing toxins from your home and body, or anything else! Service for women, moms, men and dads. During your 30 days of concierge, you'll have access to a message platform to ask me any questions at all during specified office hours. This is a deep dive into whatever topic/topics you need!
